The focus of the both destructive and well-arranged, largely abstract pictures by Henriette Grahnert is on the painting process: Paint peels off, forms spots and streaks, confetti sticks to the grounding. But the technical "poor" execution is just a superficial impression. At second sight Henriette Grahnert's pictures show her virtuosity. What seems "botched" is actually high-quality art that intentionally questions predominant tastes. [FS].
