Verso with another sketch of a seated nude in pencil and India ink.
• Sheet executed on both sides, with a figure study on recto and a fine India ink sketch on verso.
• From the artist‘s estate, in the following family-owned for a long time.
• Female nudes by Paula Modersohn-Becker are among the most innovative accomplishments of the Worpswede exceptional artist, and visualize her important contribution to vanguard nude painting of the early 20th century.
