Laur 391/1 (of 2). Schult 306. With name "E. Barlach" and number "II" in left of plinth, with foundry mark "H. Noack Berlin Friedenau" below at side. One of 11 unnumbered copies of the early edition, cast between 1930 and 5 September, 1938, from an overall edition of 36 copies. 48 x 19,7 x 12,5 cm (18,8 x 7,7 x 4,9 in).
Very fine and differentiate cast from the early edition.
Bronze with dark brown patina.
