• In the 1920s, the artist, who embodied the image of the modern woman in a special way, was among the most formative figures of the Berlin art scene and was represented by the renowned Alfred Flechtheim Gallery.
• Animal sculptures are Sinteni's artistic trademark.
• Sintenis conceived the Berlin Bear (1956).

In good condition. Right ear, right hindleg and one of the forehoofs slightly scuffed and rubbed. Supporting hind leg presumably minimally bent, which is explains why the bronze's stand is a bit instable.
